SIAL, the Parisian exhibition dedicated to food, kicks off on Saturday 15 October. AFIDOP will be present at the fair (15 – 19 October 2022) with five Consortia that are ambassadors of Made in Italy: Asiago, Grana Padano, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana and Taleggio.
A five-day event of meetings with French operators and professionals, but also of opportunities for promotion and visibility for certified Italian cheeses.
With this in mind, AFIDOP and the Consortia organise some activities dedicated to influencers, journalists and professional operators. Thanks to the contribution of Chef Denny Imbroisi, owner of several Italian cuisine restaurants in France and a well-known face among French consumers, moments of blind tasting and master classes will be organised on 15th and 16th October.
