These are the reasons that led Afidop to participate again at the fair in Cologne. For the occasion, the association has also opened a new stand of over 180m2 within which the Consortia of Asiago, Caciocavallo, Grana Padano, Gorgonzola, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, Parmesan and Pecorino Toscano met together.
The new stand has been designed with a larger surface area than the previous years in order to have enough room for both an area dedicated to a variety of activities (cooking show, etc …) and an area reserved for meetings between operators.
