For the second year, Afidop will take part to the Gulfood exhibition in Dubai. Inside the Hall Shk Saeed 1 (Stand: S1-326) there will be a stand of about 75 square meters which will bring together the consortia of Grana Padano, Gorgonzola, Asiago, Mozzarella di Bufala Campana, Pecorino Romano and Pecorino Toscano.
Afidop has also organized a gala dinner to which the members of the consortia, their clients, and some buyers in the industry have been invited. The event will take place in the Jumeirah Emirates Tower at the restaurant Alta Badia where the Michelin-starred chef Claudio Melis will offer guests a menu based entirely on PDO cheese.
The event will be an excellent opportunity to raise awareness of the Italian PDO and their usage patterns, creating a network of contacts between different actors in the supply chain.
